Terms of Use

Version 1 · en-IN · Effective 2026-10-15

Initial terms covering adult eligibility, authorized infrastructure use, accounts and service access.

Operator and application

Compute360 is maintained and operated from India by JAGDISH CHIMANLAL PANJAVANI, proprietor trading as NANAK WEB SOLUTIONS. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that operator. Contact info@nanakwebsolutions.com for support, billing, legal notices, privacy requests and grievances. Official enterprise address: MAHADEV, JAGDISH PANJAVANI, SONI BAZAAR, KAMDAR STREET, DHORAJI, District RAJKOT, GUJARAT 360410, India.

Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-GJ-20-0013573.

These Terms govern your access to Compute360. The Customer Agreement governs subscriptions and commercial service obligations. The Privacy Notice explains personal-data handling. Accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to every use of personal data. The version and effective date displayed with this document identify the applicable publication.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register or use an account. Individuals, freelancers and organisations may subscribe. An individual subscribes in their own legal name. A person acting for an organisation must have authority to accept obligations for it.

Customers may subscribe from different countries, subject to applicable law and lawful service restrictions. Availability does not mean that Compute360 is suitable for every regulated activity or satisfies every country's requirements. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and use only accounts and roles assigned to you. An organisation administrator is responsible for authorized invitations and access management. Notify us promptly if you suspect account misuse. Do not share credentials or impersonate another person.

Authorized infrastructure use

Connect, scan or modify only infrastructure you own or have permission to administer. Obtain permissions required by its owner and relevant cloud or software provider. Do not use Compute360 for unlawful access, malicious software, credential theft, unauthorized security testing, disruption, fraud or infringement of another person's rights. Do not defeat access controls or use the service beyond your agreed entitlements.

Review target systems, permissions and proposed changes before authorizing an operation. Maintain appropriate backups and recovery arrangements. Server, software, networking and cloud-resource changes can affect availability, security and third-party charges. Your duties do not remove our responsibility for our own service obligations or liability imposed by law.

Security reports and AI assistance

Security assessments describe findings within their scope and time; they do not certify that all vulnerabilities or compliance issues have been detected. AI-assisted analysis and recommendations can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review outputs before using them, particularly before making production changes.

Where enabled, AI features can process submitted questions, infrastructure evidence and findings through configured model providers, including fallback providers. See the Privacy Notice for further information. Do not place passwords, private keys, unnecessary personal information or unrelated confidential material in AI prompts. This restriction does not prevent submitting credentials through integration fields intended for authorized connections. Contact us before using a feature if you need a particular provider, location or processing restriction.

Content and software rights

You retain your rights in submitted data and content. You authorize us to process that material to provide your requested service, maintain and secure it, respond to support requests and comply with applicable law. This permission is limited to those purposes and does not transfer ownership. You must have the rights and permissions needed for material you submit.

We and our licensors retain rights in Compute360 and its software. During your permitted access, you may use it for its intended functions within your plan. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own applicable licences. Do not resell access, copy proprietary software or reverse engineer it except where separately permitted or where the law gives you a right that cannot be restricted.

Restrictions and account closure

We may restrict the affected access where reasonably necessary to address a security incident, unlawful activity, material misuse, an unpaid subscription or a legal obligation. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it before restriction. Urgent action may be necessary to protect users or systems. Contact info@nanakwebsolutions.com to challenge a restriction or arrange account closure.

Subscription expiry, cancellation and termination are addressed in the Customer Agreement. Ending access to Compute360 does not by itself cancel your contracts with cloud providers, revoke their credentials or delete their infrastructure. You remain responsible for those arrangements.

Changes and notices

We publish identifiable versions and effective dates, retaining previous published versions. We will give reasonable advance notice of material contractual changes through account notices or the registered email address, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires a shorter period. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Where acceptance is required, you must explicitly accept the identified version; opening an email or visiting a page is not acceptance.

If you do not accept a proposed change, contact us before its effective date to discuss continued access under existing terms or cancellation and any applicable remedies. A pending legal review does not authorize us to shut down your independently hosted infrastructure.

Disputes and relationship with other documents

Contact info@nanakwebsolutions.com with a description of any dispute so we can seek a resolution. Indian law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat may hear disputes, without limiting a consumer's right to use another competent court, tribunal, regulator or statutory complaint process. No mandatory arbitration is imposed by these Terms.

Liability and remedies are determined by the Customer Agreement and applicable law; these Terms do not create a separate numerical liability cap. For subscription matters, the Customer Agreement takes precedence over these Terms. An expressly agreed written variation governs its identified subject, subject always to mandatory law. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the remaining provisions where they can lawfully operate independently.
